Delivery Information

We ensure all our valued customers that their orders reachthem in time. You may run your eye over our delivery policy given below to know more about our rules and regulations regarding order delivery.

• Preferred order mode: You may inform us while placing your order if you need to opt for a specific shipment mode.
  Timely delivery: We use all possible means to ensure that your order is delivered timely and in correct way. However, we cannot be held responsible if there is a delay in the shipment of your order due to some reason that beyond our control.
• Working days: The orders are delivered only in weekdays i.e. from Monday to Friday.
• Order shipment: We assure you that your order will reach your doorstep in a maximum of 21 business days. Though, we usually begin the shipping process ofthe orders within 24-48 hours, yet under certain situations if the order is to be dispatched some other outlet or facility then it might take some extra time.
• Address unreachable: If we fail to ship a package to your given location due to fault in the address or any other reason, then you will have to provide us with an alternate address for the delivery of your order.
• Address change: If in any case you want to change the address for delivery of your shipment, ten please notify us before time so that it is easy for us to arrange for the modified address while the order is still being packed or just ready for shipment.
• Customer not available: If you are away from home (given address) due to any urgent situation, or we do not find anyone to deliver the order at your given address; then we will leave a notification and give a second try to reach you.But, if all our attempts fail then your order will be considered as void and you have to pay for the respective costs of packaging and courier.
• Representative to receive order: If you are away from home or the given address and are not available to receive the shipment personally, then please try to arrange for an adult substitute who can receive the medicines in your place. The representative will have to show an identity and age proof to receive the delivery.
• Order withholding: The company has all the rights to withhold the delivery of the shipment if the customer is not able to furbish his identity proof.
